Livestreaming and camera

If you join the Wzye forum on Facebook you will find that people have figured out ways to watch their cameras via computers and other devices. They explain how to do it. I don't do that as I have no need. Phone works great for me.
I know how to do it and it is a pain in the @SS: You can use the VLC-player software to show the video on a PC, But if you have multiple cameras, for example and want to watch those with a surveillance software like i.e. iSpy you need to run one VLC-Player per camera in the background to convert from RTSP (that's what the camera uses) into MPEG4S (that's what iSpy expects) adding lag and compression artifacts to the videos.
Same applies if you want to stream your videos in the internet, be it YT or your own web-site.
My PTZ-camera (aka DuckyCam) does the same cr@p, that's why i have just one camera so far.
If you read RTSP stay away from the camera! You will be bound to their app and their "cloud" and if they are going out of business you're screwed. Or back to the basics (VLC-Player).
