Oh, you will fit in perfectly here -- countless numbers of us have walked into a farm store with no intention of buying babies and walked out with more than we can comfortably house. Or, a species we hadn't planned on raising (for example, geese).

There is coop-building project going on in my garage this week as a result of me making the local farm store poultry manager break her promise (that I forced her into) NOT to sell me any more chicks this year.
