Local Listings?

I'm not finding any organized listings for breeders, or just folks willing to sell their eggs/chicks,
I am located in CT and rather overwhelmed that I cannot find rose comb RIR (for example), in the vicinity of their origin- By principle and practicality, I would much rather be able to obtain chicks from a farm, than via mail!
Any thoughts on this?

I am 3 days to hatching chicken eggs.eggs are wiggling.but humidity staying at 70%.not at 65% is this safe

craigslist is great for finding locals, plus forums or groups on facebook

yes, we hatch thousands a year and I actually run my hatcher at 70% plus, I dont let it drop below 70 but dont worry about how much above it goes. When chicks start pipping and drying humidity can jump into the 90s easily.
