I have 10 chicks that were hatched last week between Monday & Wednesday. Right now they are in a fenced enclosure inside the coop with mama which is about 2'x4'. I have another enclosure that is outside but under roof and about 4'x8', when is it safe to move them out there? I'll only put them out there during the day and back in the enclosure inside the coop at night. Mama looked awful restless yesterday.

Also at what age can I integrate them with the flock?

Thanks for any advice! This is our first time with chicks, I didn't think we'd end up with any when she went broody but we have 10!!!!!

I think they would be fine in the outside enclosure.
I generally don't introduce new moms and babies to the flock until they are about 2 weeks or older. Just incase one of my older chickens get aggressive and hurts the chicks. I do let them see the newbies though, during the isolation period. After that I let mom out, but let her have the choice of mingling with the flock or still keep her distance.
