Whatcha Making for Supper?

I'm going to try a new recipe tomorrow for shaved brussel sprouts that get sauteed with shallots and garlic and then tossed with parmesan. Doesn't that sound good? We're going to find out.

With that we will pick out a freeze dried meal. We have done a lot of freeze drying, but have never tried to rehydrate and find out what it's like. Before trying my own, we will try a commercially prepared one, mostly because that comes with instructions. Then maybe next week we'll try one of our own. I'm always looking for simple Sunday meals. We are generally gone all day. It's the perfect day to test these out.

Just like the title says. I want to know what people are eating for dinner, supper, whatever you call your evening meal. :)

I'll get us started, I'm making pea soup, and deviled eggs. :) We will probably eat it for a few days. Yum.
My spaghetti squash plants went nuts this year so I've been eating various versions of it all week 😂 tonight im making steak fajita stuffed spaghetti squash with guac and beans on the side.

I love spaghetti squash!!! I have a great recipe for twice baked spaghetti squash. Now I think I'm going to have to pick one up. We also like it with simple marinara as a side spaghetti dish.
That sounds delicious.

We're gonna call this meal "Azure's poor impulse control in overdrive."

Costco had the crab on sale. This is a splurge for us, but still right around 20 bucks a head for 5 people. I'll make the leftover Dungeness into rangoons too for another meal.
