Location of roosting bars?

Hello!!

I have six chickens (two silkies, one welsummer, two easter eggers, and one spitzhauben). I have a small coop inside a larger enclosed run, and I’m working on installing roosting boards. I plan to use 2x4s mounted in brackets so they’re removable, with poop trays underneath. The nesting boxes are located on the two ends of the coop and these are also the most accessible areas to get to the poop trays. I’m considering placing the poop trays on the nesting boxes, with the roosting bars installed above the trays.

My questions are:
1) Is it better to have multiple roosting bars on one side of the coop, staggered in height and depth, with a larger poop tray underneath? Or, is it better to have one roosting bar on each side of the coop above the nesting boxes, each with its own poop tray on the nesting boxes? Please note where the ventilation windows are (but I'm in central TX where it's hot as a witch's...).

If I do place them on opposite sides, should they be at the same height, or should one be higher than the other?

I've already removed the small roosting bars that are shown. And, the pic only shows nesting boxes on the left, but I added some to the right.

Thanks, ya'll!!
