Lock-down question

I have 11 eggs in my incubator they are due to hatch on the 29th and I was wondering since I have more bantams (silkies and D'uccles + 3 standards) and have heard they can hatch early. Should they be locked down on day 17,18, or 19?

With bantams, I usually lockdown on day 18 like usual. Some people don't even bump up humidity until they see the first pip, so I don't think it matters to much.
