lock down question

On day 18 which is lockdown does this mean I can't open the incubator if I need to add water to keep humidity at 65%? Thanks for the help

You can open it to add water. Just try to disturb it as little as posible to avoid letting out the much needed heat and humidity. I was once in a situation where I had to open it twice daily to turn eggs while others where in lockdown and everything went fine. When they start hacthing, open it once a day to take out dry chicks.
