we are still waiting.. end of day 21 today and nothing yet.. I think i see a few move but no pips.. hard to her any peeping inside with the fan. Is it okay if they don;t hatch on exactly day 21?? how many days past this can you go?

Go to 24 days..that seems to be the normal "wait until" day. My guess is, it will be sooner than you think.
