Well i am going to have to add some sponges to get my humidity up to around 60 in my incubator. I have a cabinet incubator with an auto top off tray. Do I stick the sponges in the water in the top off tray or do I put them on the shelf? I am clueless. Help would be awesome because I go into lock down tomarrow. Thanks

i wouldn't know...l maybe standing them up... or try putting like a terry cloth towel slightly hanging over the pan of water...

I don't have a cabinet incubator, I have a very nice homemade one. I have added sponges before and have also just filled up my trays real good. Both methods worked for me.

Hope that helps, if not hopefully someone with a cabinet bator will jump on!
