Lockdown 8pm last night!

Looks like the hatch is over, out of 12 eggs, I have 8 live, very frisky chicks! Out of the remaining 4, 2 pipped i zipped halfway and stopped, no progress for 2 days and peeps were getting weak, I admit I did help him out but he only lived for an hour or so. poor little guy, he exhausted himself trying for 2 days The other one pipped and then nothing and 2 didn't pip at all. It is almost day 23 so I don't have much hope for the last 2 but will let them sit until tomorrow night. At least 75% hatch is better than 3 out of 7 last time! Oh well, there are always more eggs waiting to be hatched

thats great, out of my hatch i placed 4 eggs under the broody hen and hatched 1... so you did fantastic
