I have babies!! Today is day 20 and I have 5 hatched so far 1 is pipping hoping the other 5 hatch soon!! Do you have any hatching yet?

Ok so I have 4 that haven’t hatched and 1 that is pipped but has stopped I can’t see it breathing but it has been like that since 3 yesterday evening. Should I take out the chicks or leave them?
