Does it matter what time you take egg out of the egg Turner on day 18. I Set my eggs at 6.30am. Can I lockdown at 6.30pm would a 12 hour difference effect the eggs in my incubater?

I have only hatched once, but I have heard that it doesn't matter what time on day 18 you lockdown.
