Got home tonight went to check the bator and I got a pip!!! This is my first I probably won't sleep tonight! I'm on day 19

okay i have 10 hatched and 4 pipped and 8 not pipped but 2 of them i still see movement so im thinking 6 are quiters still i think i had 55% hatch this time ^_^ also i have a cross a BR/RIR it has BR body and a hint of RIR around its eyes

Day 20 for me. I did not sleep well at all last night or the night before. Who knew I'd lose sleep over this?

No pips, so I guess my chickies are waiting till tomorrow to do anything. Then again, it is still early in the day.

and here is the BR/RIR cross and also look at its comb how its down by the beak is that a sign of a rooster? cause i know the BR roo legs are clear and the BR hen has shaded legs

Update i now have 16 baby chicks in the brooder and 2 more in the bator and im waiting to see if 4 eggs will pip a hole they have until Friday thats when i have to put them outsider in the brooder coop cause i have another batch in lockdown on Sunday and i have to make sure its cleaned before then and im soo happy i finally hatched out a WHITE ROCK crossed with a RIR its sooo pretty ^_^ my mom wanted a WR rooster cause of how calm the hens are and she is hoping the rooster might be the same and heres some more pictures of my beautiful babys ^_^

The RIR and WR/RIR stick out in all them black chicks dont they? ^_^

WOOHOO!!! IM DONE! I had 18 chicks hatch out of 22 eggs so i had 80% hatch I have 1 WR/RIR,1 RIR,4 BR/RIR and 12 BR next hatch is June 22 and 23rd ^_^ Now i can go bury those nasty eggs tomorrow and wash out the bator to get ready for June 19th Lockdown
