I read to put kitchen paper down at lockdown for more stability for hatchlings and for easier clean up, in my mini advance, what is kitchen paper?

We generally do not use newspaper cause it somewhat slick(but once it gets wet it seems to get less slick (during hatch)..We use paper towel a couple 3 layers. Have used Probably Kitchen Paper) shelf lining with small holes in it that is spongey with a paper towel under it also .My 2c worth....cva34
 
I've made a felt circle and that seemed to work pretty well.

I think the kitchen paper they mean is that rubbery shelf liner stuff. I did that with my last hatch, and it worked really well.
