lockdown question

Ok might be a silly question, but when I get the eggs out of the turner and lay on the wire mesh, how do I know who h way to lay the egg so the chicks head is facing up? Or is this not much of a concern?

It doesn't matter. The chick will maneuver itself into a favorable position...
