Lockdown questions

Hey guys, I just want to make sure I'm doing this right. I keep second guessing myself. Okay, so I set my eggs on Thursday, Dec 28th around noon. I have since then considered the 29th to be day one of incubation, with a hatch date of Thursday, Jan 18th. Today is day 18 of incubation. Do I wait until the end of today to 'lockdown'? I have 8 viable silkie eggs, remaining from the 13 I started with. I've read some contradicting info, in regards to when to lockdown, and wanted to make sure I'm doing this right. lol

I haven't candled yet today, plan on doing that after I run a few errands.
