Arg. And here I was thinking this hatch was going much smoother than the last.

I put my eggs into lockdown this morning at about 8:30. Before lockdown I've been measuring the temp from the top of eggs in an autoturner, and it's been holding very steady since about day 4 (had some low temps before then). I've put the therometer on the wire rack with the eggs, and its keeps measuring real low, like 94.6. I don't know why there should be any difference between the temps of the tops of the eggs, and the bottom of the bator, since I have a forced air incubator, but that's the only reason I can I think why it would be different. I'm worried b/c its been a few hours with it that low. I have LG. Should I bump it trying to get the temp up at the bottom of the bator and risk the spike this late in the game? Or hold on and wait for a late hatch. 94 seems real low to me, so I am worried.

Also, if this matters, its actually day 20 for me, not day 18. I had to put them into lockdown late, long story.

the temp at the top of the eggs should be 102, that will make the middle of the eggs around 99 where they should be I would bump it up, not like one day either at the currrent temp or at a higher temp will really make any difference at this point what is done is done, probably will have a late hatch

They should hatch tonight or tomorrow, so I would not worry about it. I think the most I would do is put a 60 watt bulb lamp over the bator, about 16 inches above it, and that's it.
