Lockdown timing

I’ve got 27eggs on day 17. I put them in my IG on the 13th of March after 5pm so day 18 would really start tomorrow evening? I want to make sure I don’t increase the humidity to early.

I just finished candling and one is forsure not fertile, there are three others I’m not 100% sure about so I’m leaving them in. I did add three additional eggs on day 2, so I’m going to stop turning them early to put in lockdown too.

Once day 14 passes, it's ok to stop turning. Don't raise the humidity too much or the younger eggs may have issues. Just don't open the incubator and they should be fine. I never raise humidity and never have issues however raising it a slight bit would be a good idea

The exact hour doesn’t matter, I have put them on lockdown 7days ahead when I had a staggered hatch, didn’t hurt anything

Oh that’s great, so I can start the lockdown now.
my humidity has been a steady 46% to 49% so I was just going to add a bit more water to bump it above 50%

I might be freaking out lol.
i’m on day 19 (eggs were put in the bator March 13th in the evening (7 or 8pm)
Pipping starts today? Or tomorrow?
I keep walking over and peeking but nothing lol

Lol. You won’t see pips until day 20 sometime or early 21 give or take... you may catch wiggling eggs though or hear some peeps..
