I have six crested runner eggs in my incubator. They're all alive and kicking today, and tonight is officially lockdown.

I'm worried about them a little because the air sacs got mangled in the mail. They are huge, stretching from the big end and halfway down the sides. Do you think this will hinder hatching? They're alive now... I'm hoping that if they weren't going to make it it would be in the beginning.

My last batch of eggs were rocking and peeping four days before hatch date, but these guys aren't doing anything like that.

Cross your fingers for me.

I had several air sacs that were screwed up in my last hatch and it went well 7 out of 8 fertilized eggs. I used the egg carton method, so the eggs were upright, but all went well, and several air sacks were detached. Good luck.... Post pictures...

Still no peeping or rocking, but they're still moving. I put them on lockdown an hour ago.

While we wait...

Trudy and August turned 1 month old today. They're getting huge. Feathers sprouting up everywhere.
