Lockdown?

Lock down has to deal with hatching eggs. Usually for chicken eggs it starts on day 18. During this time you would stop turning your eggs and get the humidity to about 65% RH. Do NOT open the incubator during this time. Leave the bator alone until the majority of the chicks have hatched. Also if a chick looks like it needs help don't help it hatch. Usually you get a deformed chick if you help them hatch, but not always. I find this to be the most stressful part of the incubation process. Good luck.
