Locked down yesterday and eggs are hatching today.

Locked down yesterday and eggs are hatching today. The little fuzzy but is weak and there are three more eggs rocking. Has anyone else had this happen and if so is there anything I should do for the little chick that has already hatched? Like I said it is very weak.

The first hatch I had did that same thing. I was told that it could have been that the temps were a little on the high side and speeded it up. It never happened again. With your little chick... has it dried yet. They look pathetic until they are dried so it might be OK. If it is dry and still looks a weak you could try giving it a little sugar water. That could boost it's energy a bit. Usually the first to hatch are the stronger ones the weak ones take forever. Good luck!

Thanks it dried just fine and seems strong now. We have had some storms here. It has a lot to do it. I will post pictures soon.
