Log playhouse converted into a chicken coop!

Hello Everyone!!!!!
Here is the playhouse in my yard. I would love and tips or suggestions on converting it into a chicken coop. I know they need the ledge to sit on and a way out to walk around. I will be fencing in the front part by the stair to insure protection.

We also renovated a playhouse, turned out better than I could have imagined. I can brag on my DH all day for it ;-)

I figured it would cut down the expenses plus put the house to use. Are there any tip you would be willing to share?

Just keep the plan fluid. First make the coop safe, then worry about permanent perches, food/water placement, nesting boxes. We changed our mind quite a few times. As you find scrap to use/incorporate the plan may need to be tweaked. Nice to have water and electric close by, also good to keep food and water opposite roosting areas. Two locks are always better than one ;-)

As long as you seal the cracks and put chicken wire over openings, it looks ready to go! Super cute chicken house!!
