LOL @ Ducklings

So I'm researching videos on Youtube about gender checking ducklings. And I have the laptop in front of me while next to me is a plastic kiddie pool (no water) full of new ducklings.

I figure I'll watch this video...and hit play.

The video opens up with a screeching duckling while this british lady is holding it while it squeals. And the volume is on.

The ducklings in the pool next to me hear that and start freaking out and running all over.

LOL. So funny. (Even though it wasn't real.)

I love the sound of baby ducks -- even when they are a bit distressed! And, I enjoyed hearing you talk to them, even if they didn't appreciate your attempts at reassurance.

Something funny as heck happened this morning.

So I need to refill the feed for the ducklings. These little guys were ravenously hungry.

I couldn't see the normal scoop and so I used an empty can next to where it should have been. The funny thing about it is that the empty can was for sweet peas and had a picture of sweet peas on the cover still.

So I go to lower the can to dump it and they already had been fed sweet peas the night before and the night before that for treats!

They literally went wild from the picture on the can! It was really funny that that could happen to them like that. (Although some of them were probably just following the crowd.)

Duckling frenzy to nibble on the can and my fingers holding it developed instantly!

It was super funny.
