Lone chick?

I have a bantam araucana that hatched two days early (day 19). It is now 24 old and doing great. However, none of the other eggs were pipped as of this morning and I'm afraid of it being trapped inside the incubator once the other chicks start to hatch.

I have an aquarium all set up to be a brooder. I am a bit concerned that if I put the chick in there that it will be too cold or too lonely. I also have a few quail chicks that never got very big, even though they are a couple of weeks old. Would it be all right to put the very small chicks in with the single bantam baby?

Thanks for any good suggestions that you can offer!

I don't know about putting it with the quail chicks. I'd probably try it, but I just don't know.

You can put it with a feather duster, oven mitt, small stuffed animal, something to cuddle with. And if you put in a mirror, it may not be so lonely.

Editted to add:

I'll not address opening the incubator issues as I don't have that experience. I've seen warnings against it.

Okay, thanks folks! The chicklet is now in its private brooder with a purple stuffed toy and some food and water. It's already had some food and is settling down for a snooze.
