So I have one female chukar who was raised alone all by herself. She is over 6 weeks now. I have a lone male that is always hanging around her pen. I trapped him today and am keeping him in a small cage next to her. Can I put him in her pen? Will he hurt her or vise a versa? They seem to interact and can see each other. She keeps trying to peck him through the bars?
