i have 6 pekin ducks and a guinea hen they’re all full grown now. one of my ducks daisy seems to always be alone, all of the other ducks and edward (guinea) hangout but she just does her own thing. is that a problem or does she just like to be on her own and it’s okay?

Ducks all have their own personalities much like humans. It isn't super common per se to have a duck who is independent from the flock, but it's not completely unheard of either. Ducks are naturally social animals so when there is an outlier it might seem alarming, but it's just simply not a social duck🤷 I have one duck who flies over the fence to the other yard away from the rest of the flock and forages by herself all day. She's always been independent and she stays in the fenced areas so I just let her do her thing.

okay thank you so much i was getting worried about her. she’s the most tame and she lets me and everyone pick her up she’s such a sweetie

have you ever witnessed the other ducks bullying her at all? does she act skittish or just happy being alone?

If she acts fine then she's likely alright, just prefers her space, but if she acts *really* uncomfortable around the other ducks or like she just doesnt want to be in the area they're in (possible predator issue that has her spooked more than the others) then that might be something.
