Long dust baths while molting

So, one of our welsummers started molting about a week ago, and I came outside today to find her taking a dust bath. I didnt think anything of it since they were all doing the same thing yesterday, but she's been at this for quite a while (and now she's absolutely covered in dirt and pine shavings lol) Do chickens normally take long dust baths? Also, the other hens are pecking at her since she's been laying on the ground (especially our salmon fav, who's been "accidentally" pulling feathers out of everyone except the only two chickens that are bigger than her)
