Long neck chicken breeds

Hello! I'd like to ask which chicken breeds have long necks and what breed could this cockerel be?

Can you get a better picture? That looks like a rooster that haven't feathered out yet so his neck looks longer. I would guess he's a production red.

For the time being, I can only send the same with more light...and in comparison another chick i bought together with him, they re both about 3 months old. Aren't red broilers supposed to be of larger size than this, at this age?

I meant a dual purpose bird instead of a red broiler. To explain the slower growth. He looks like a production red but I was saying perhaps he's a dual purpose bird based on the slightly slower growth and those giant legs
