I am so sorry your bird was debeaked, very cruel practice. Sometimes if they weren't cut back too far they can grow back, but don't count on this. If she is eating and drinking ok, then it's probably nothing to worry about. If she is having trouble, you might find a good Avian vet to help you with this bird.
