Hi. I'm in Illinois, 1 year into this chicken gig. I have 2 barred rocks, 1 buff orp, 1 RIR, 1 australorp and 1 silver laced wyandotte.

How long did it take for the buff orp and the barred rocks to lay?

They all started laying mid Sept and we got them end of April last year. One went off their lay with the winter and sporadically lays this spring. I can't figure who, probably a BR.
