Long time Lurker

I've been reading things here for.. oh.. years. I finally made an account so I can join in the conversation instead of just reading and then drifting away like a silent ninja shadow thingy

I grew up with chickens (about 300 at a time) and hogs and wolf dogs and a couple horses and goats and cats and rabbits and 1 auction calf that my parents misread the feeding instructions for and gave the poor thing colic and killed it

I plan to get back into hogs, chickens, and start my first emus. Pending purchasing land

I am curious what they fed the calf to kill it?
