Hello,
I just joined, but have been lurking for a few years. I am excited to start participating in discussions. A little about me, I am a little addicted to chickens. I currently have 20ish and 3 duck. Thank goodness I live in city limits, or I would have a lot more! I also have 3 dogs, 2 cats and 3 horses.

For the past three or four years, I have been casually working towards my own Fibro EE. I had a wonderfully beautiful, nice rooster that was going to be the backbone. Sadly, he unexpectedly passed at age 2 before I could hatch any babies. So, I am rebuilding and rebreeding to get my next great rooster. I currently have an 11 day old egg under a hen that is out of his half brother. I hope to get this one hatched!

Thank you, it is great! Almost every neighorhood has a rooster, and we are a large metropolitan town. One of my neighbors is an older couple that grew up on a farm and love hearing my rooster every morning !
