Hi everyone! We are newbies! My husband and I received 5 hens from the neighbor who was moving and became chicken farmers on May 15, 2019. After Ana (our Ancona) started brooding, we started reading up on day to day life of our hens. Then the Molting process after that, again, more reading. On Aug 18, we brought 5 more little chicks into our group! Again, more reading! So, here we are and we look forward to learning all we can to keep our family as happy as can be!
