Longer than 3 days lock down

if eggs are stillive but not hatching after 3 days of lock down should I get the room the bator is in real warm and steamy then open the bator quick to roll them?

No. Do not roll them. They are either in position or getting into position to hatch, you don't want to mess their orientation up.
