Longest heard of wait time to laying?

I have some girls almost 9 months old that are not laying yet

My other breeds are one BR and two EEs.

On the pecking order she is #2 behind the BR.

Well I guess maybe I will just give her time. I'm not overly worried about it, either she will start laying or crowing I guess... We just can't keep her if she's a he.

I also wondered how long to give her till I look for a replacement, lol. Actually might be a great way to talk DH into an addition to the feathered family

OH, and the beige/sometimes speckled... I love to watch the girls and I have actually physically seen one of my EEs lay both the solid bisque and bisque speckled so I know they are from the same gal. There is actually somewhat of a pattern to it, about every eighth egg is speckled.

Okay, don't worry about crowing. Maybe she matured when the weather was getting cooler. My BO didn't lay until 7 months old. I would give it another year or two, she'll be laying
