They are more popular in Texas, and we travel there for events on occasion. They have confirmation shows, and the more popular horn measuring competions coming up this fall. If your ever in FT Worth the horn showcase and the longhorn world championships are a must see!! There will be cows with over 80" tipto tip horns, bulls with over 90" and steers with over 100" tip to tip and the total horn classes are even more impressive! Google Texas Longhorn Breeders of America and you should find a lot of ranches with them.
