I have heard it before but what does 'high percentage' Onagadori's mean? Can you get low percents? Are Onagadori's a breed?

These are my High Percentage Onagadori. they were just under 12 weeks in this pic. now they're 13 or 14 and much bigger and ever prettier. my camera isn't working tho! These guys are so sweet, there's a hen, BuckBeak, and two roosters, Cricket and LittleFoot
