Look And Take A Guess Please Pullets Or Roos????

Hi,

I have these two Polish blend chicks that I need to find out soon whether they are boys or girls. They are right around 5 weeks old. The first one, Frenzy, seems to be a pullet. The second one, Jo, has a more developed comb, but not red or even pink. Jo does seem to walk taller, the face has more brown color, but other than that, not much difference that I can see. Their tails are the same length. Please give me your thoughts, as if I have roos, they must go to a local farm. Thanks!

They do look like Polish crosses especially with the "v" comb coming in. Not sure on sexes, if I had to say I'd guess #2 is more LIKELY to be a roo, but you are right there is no pink or red in the comb. Hopefully, someone who is more experienced will post soon.

Are you all confident enough that the second one, Jo, is a boy? I may be taking "him" to the farm today, but would hate to do it if this is a girl!
