My heart is broke tonight. Petunia overheard us talking about her birthday party so now its not gonna be a surprise. One good thing is she is sleeping with the biggest smile on her face.

I just wonder what she is dreaming about, maybe cake and ice cream.

Here are some pics of Petunias birthday party. I tried to get some good pics of her and
Stormy eating the cake I made for her but they were all a blur. If you have ever seen a pigs eat then you know what I mean.

Now tell me she is a doll. She will kiss you on the cheek if you ask for a kiss now.

Here Stormy is giving me the stink eye. Looks like she is saying put that camera down and serve the cake. I don't think she appereciated the birthday song either.

BTW, Stormy picked up on her old Pepsi habit. This happened at Petunias b'day party. There were several people here that didn't know you couldn't leave a drink where she could get to it. Its taken many days to break the habit again but I still catch her eye balling my cup.

Last night I found out something I didn't know. I slept on my sofa by my wood heater last night. After returning from the bathroom Petunia had laid down where my pillow was supposed to go. I tried getting her to move but she wasn't moving.

Finally I tossed my pillow to the side and laid my head on her belly and this is how snakeman found us sleeping this morning.

I wish he had thought to get a pic of that. So in case you are wondering, pig bellies make good pillows.

Well in two days, the 7th it will be my Stormys 1st birthday so all ya'll know I will be baking her a birthday cake. I am 48 years old and never in my past life did I think I would be making a pig a birthday cake much less having two live with me in my house. I have been sick for 4 years now and I honestly beleive having my girls with me have helped my illness. My girls make me laugh everyday and bring me joy. These must be some truth to that statement that laughter is the best medicine.

I will try and get new pics with there birthday hats on.

Stormy is the one I got when she was seven days old and I had to bottle feed her and man she sure is a lot needier than her sister Petunia. Petunia is totally independent but Stormy has to be rocked to sleep and she has to be lying in my lap. She also has to be touching me when she sleeps. I have gotton used to this behavior because I feel like I let her do it so now I have to deal with it. One thing I know is I have spoiled my girls, they are ruint. They are beyond ruint and I only have myself to blame so I will deal with it. Oh well there are worse things in life and I enjoy spoiling my girls. When Snakeman says anything about it I take a bit of offence and tell him to get over it. I think he is just teasing me anyway.
