Spring is finally here, so this is your opportunity to hatch some rare chicks for yourself. I am running this special during the month of April. If you are looking for some really nice chickens, here is your opportunity to get a great assortment of eggs for a great price. If you would like to purchase some eggs, please send a private message, do not post it as a reply. These eggs will be from pure-bred birds, the chickens are all housed separately by breed. The chicken eggs will be sold as ASSORTMENTS ONLY! The eggs included in these assortments could be from the following chickens: True Ameraucanas (black, blue, and splash), Black Copper Marans, Blue Marans, Cuckoo Marans, Wheaten Marans, Barnevelders, Blue Laced Red Wyandottes, and Olive Eggers. I will include eggs from some or all of these birds, I can't promise how many of which/what breed, but it will be a great assortment! For this special price, the eggs are available as assortment only (my hen's choice of breeds) you CANNOT choose only certain breeds, the assortment will consist of the eggs that my hens provide me with before shipping. The eggs will be gathered for 2 - 3 days before shipping. The eggs are $35.00 for 15 eggs (USPS Priority Mail shipping included) or $53.00 for 30 eggs (USPS Priority Mail shipping included).

I hatched my first batch of chicks about a month ago, the hatch rate was good. All my breeder birds are fed 16% Lay Pellets and are given vitamins/electrolytes 3 days a week in the water. Due to shipping and different incubation techniques, I cannot guarantee your hatch rate. Please send a PM to purchase the eggs, the first person to respond by sending a private message, will get to purchase the eggs for a certain date, please do not post as a reply. I will have several dozen eggs that will be available to ship during April.

AMERAUCANAS: (Blue, Black, and Splash) These rare beautiful birds are excellent layers of blue/green colored eggs and have muffs and a beard, these are show quality birds. I have 3 different breeding pens. In one pen I have 2 Black roosters with all Splash hens = 100% blue chicks. In another pen I have a black rooster with blue and black hens = 50% Blue and 50% Black chicks. In my 3rd pen I have a Blue rooster with Splash and Black hens = Blue, Black, and Splash chicks. I will include eggs from all the pens. These birds are APA recognized.
BARNEVELDERS: These rare Dutch chickens are very beautiful show quality birds, with their double-laced plumage, they are good layers of dark brown eggs. These birds are APA recognized.
BLUE LACED RED WYANDOTTES: These very rare birds are very beautiful with their blue/red laced feathers. I have several bloodlines including Foley, Paul, and Valentine. They are excellent layers of light brown eggs.
BLACK COPPER MARANS: These rare show quality birds are excellent dark brown egg layers. My birds are from: Channing Grisham, Ron Presley, Wade Jeane, and Bev Davis bloodlines, all my birds are feathered legged. These birds are APA recognized.
BLUE MARANS: These rare birds are also dark brown eggs layers, these birds are from quality bloodlines. The chicks will hatch blue, black, or splash in color. I also have a pen with a Blue Copper Marans rooster with Black and Black Copper Marans hens, so some of these chicks could be Blue Coppers. All my Marans are feathered legged.
CUCKOO MARANS: These rare birds are very pretty dark brown egg layers, my stock comes from really nice imported lines including: Staffordshire, Fitch Ripley, and Fugate, all the birds are feathered legged.
OLIVE EGGERS: These chicks will be an unique cross between my extremely rare Isbar roosters over Blue, Splash, and Black Copper Marans hens. I have a Black Isbar rooster with a Black Copper Marans pullet and then I have 1 Blue and 1 Splash Isbar rooster over Blue and Splash Marans hens. The chicks will hatch Black, Blue, or Splash. I just hatched some of these chicks yesterday, the chicks were a beautiful Lavender color, very pretty chicks. I also have a cross between my Blue Copper Marans rooster over true blue and black Ameraucana hens, these eggs may also be included. The pullets from this cross will lay dark olive green eggs.
WHEATEN MARANS: These Marans are extremely rare, they are dark brown egg layers, they are from several lines including: Bev Davis, Ron Presley, and Buddy Henry, all my birds are feathered legged.
