Look what hubby just made for me!!!!

Hubby thought we needed to tweek our coop, as to make it easier for me to get in to clean, and to keep the girls from trying to escape each time I went out.
So he built me a partition wall, with a seperate door !! He screened in the enclosed area and it is so much nicer now !!!!
Now I have storage areas with bins for my feed and supplies!!

We lost a little space inside the coop floor, but , will we just keep fewer birds till we get the ''next coop'' built !!
I cant believe I am already plannin the next coop!!!! Chicks are only 3.5 weeks old!!
It is true!! You all told me this would happen and sure enough!! I am looking at plans already!!

Funny you mention you're planning your next shed. We built one coop when the chickens were little, pretty much decided it was way too small, so we ordered a nice tool shed to convert. Then we decided the shed was too expensive to make it a chicken coop, so we built a custom designed one. Now the first little chicken coop is a rabbit hutch and the rabbit hutch is in the tool shed!! LOL Now we're planning a different rabbit hutch....never ends does it?
