He's still a young stag. Expect some more growth out of him. I wouldn't be surprised if he isn't pure Indio Gigante though. Not sure how game Indio Gigante are. But be VERY cautious with putting him with other males. Like you already know, these guys need more protein. The stags need more protein. Once they hit one year they need less. Once they grow in their spurs (1.5-2 years) let him decide how much protein he wants

Going after him this afternoon! Not sure where I am going to put him, but I'll make some accommodations. Listing has some pics of hens as well. I am going to see what it is going to take to get one of those too.

Our front yard is fenced. I'll just leave him up there to patrol like a Doberman.

Seller says they were hatched from Greenfire eggs.
