look what I was gifted

I found this in an old barn that was damaged during hurrican katrina and it has been exposed to the weather ever since so three legs and the bottom is rotted out from sitting on the dirt floor and I need to find a heating element for it as the old one is broke

however I was able to connect it back together and it does heat up.I am just concerned with the safety of it.I do have the top its off because I was working on it

Nice. Does that tag say you can get replacement parts through any sears outlet? My dh would run that down to Sears for entertainment value and ask for the manager when they told him he was crazy.
