Good Kitty!
My border collie caught a mole last winter. No idea how she found it with a bunch of snow on the ground. She ended up bringing it to our back porch as a present.

This may seem silly, but I felt a little sorry for the mole. I've had a soft spot for them since I was a kid----I used to wait and watch the mounds over their tunnels in my parents orchard, get a shovel and dig them up and play with them. Yeah, I know, kinda' weird.

my burro doesnt like them either, she digs them out of the ground then kills them.

I think moles are cute. I once had a baby one that had been dug up at a construction site. It was too young and died but he was adorable with his little buck teeth.

My kitties get the baby moles (and all the field mice), but my dog gets the adults. Kitties eat only part of their bounty and then leave me the rest as a peace offering... (although, if they figure out they can "can" it, I probably wouldn't find the leftovers! LOL) Dog eats all that he catches.
