That looks like the work of more than one bird to me, honestly. If you have 5/7 being roosters, you have too many roos and need to seperate or cull your roosters.
Too many roosters are always bad.
Cull means to "select out". After you select those that you do NOT want, you just get rid of them, whether you eats your culls, rehome as pets, have a cull flock, whatever you do. It just means to "select out" faulty individuals from you're breeding flock. Many people make the mistake and assume cull always means kill and it does not. Many people kill their culls, but it is whatever you choose to do.
