LOOK WHO POPPED OUT THIS AFTERNOON!!!!!!!

I would love....love...love..to have some of these. But they are nowhere to be found in my area and I would have no clue who to buy off of on the internet. So if you can find a safe way to ship, i'd love to buy some.

Jennifer,
Maybe the weather will be a little cooler in October (just a month or so away) and maybe we can try it then. I have family near Crossville, TN, that I would like to visit sometime in December. Depending on where in KY you are, maybe we can meet somewhere then.

Not sure where Crossville is I will have to check out a map. We go to Pigeon Forge a few times a year. My husband loves to go to the Rod Run. It really is way to hot to ship a poor baby now. I did see on the hatchery site that they had day olds ready to go out this week. I don't know how they make it. But surely October will cool off. I hope. we need rain and cooler weather. I will keep in touch thru email.

Thanks, Jennifer

Crossville is in East Central TN. Two hours southeast of Nashville, and two hours southwest of Knoxville, or about an hour or so north of Chattanooga. It is a very beautiful area. We like to visit there a lot. The people are so nice.

They are just wonderful looking!!! I have 4 that just hatched myself and cant wait to get more. I have to wait until next spring though, I told the DH that I have 2 more sets of eggs coming the first of next week and THAT IS IT!!!! I think.... I have to go to NC the first weekend of OCT and I dont use a turner so I cant have anything set that will need turning. Good excuse to turn them off for the season. Jenn

Hi Ladies,
Yes, I will sell eggs. It is still pretty hot right now, so I am getting usually 2 eggs a day. I have 4 hens - 1 is broody on a nest of eggs and in this heat, the other three sometimes do not lay everyday. But, if you are interested email me and we will set something up. The other thing is, hopefully the weather is going to be cooling down a little in the next month and I would be able to ship also.

I just went outside and brought these two sweeties in for a pic.

This one is a cockerel, he is even better looking than his father. He has a bigger, nicer crest. Good looking boy!! He is Homozygous (completely naked neck).

This one I believe to be a pullet. She is gorgeous! Beautiful full crest! She is Heteroztgous (she has a little "bowtie" of feathers above her crop)

I have a bunch of these little cuties running around my yard now and a bunch more coming up. I just love them!
