him. His breed is famous for being gentle... Lucy rolls over on his back so I can rub his belly. It's adorable.

) You could order 3+ boys from mypetchicken if you wanted. Butcher any you don't want and keep the pretty ones. Even if you're looking for fertile hatching eggs, most people don't hatch pullet eggs because they're so small (which leaves plenty of time to raise some roos). Of course, buying them pre-raised would be easier...
