looking for a breeder (bantam cochins)

My DS is in 4H and this group specializes in showing chickens. We are looking for a breeder of bantam cochin's as this is the breed he would like to show (mostly b/c of their temperament and they will make good pets as well) We live in Central Texas. I guess what we want is a breeding pair? We are new to showing and not sure where to start!
