Looking for a brooder design for 16 chicks

I've never hatched out little chicks so this is all very new to me and I'm looking for your experience and advice.

Any ideas on the best design for a little brooder that maybe I could easily carry outside on warm days?

What about a large box like a watermelon box or something like that? I have an old baby gate (corral) that is six sided and works great for a brooder.

Thanks. that baby gate sounds great. I was researching ideas and I could also uses a cardboard box, temporarily at least. I really don't think I need to spend big bucks for this. From what I'm reading it'll be about 8 weeks... give or take.
